    April is National Stress Awareness month

    Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? Stress is the plague of modern society
    and its symptoms can manifest themselves is many ways… for example the clenching and

      phone calls, social media, the tv – and simply escape from the world.
    6. Take the edge off your stress. Simple things, like a warm bath, listening to music, or
      spending time on a favourite hobby, can give you a much-needed break from the
      stressors in your life.
